a) and b) but not c). They are counted as a download when streaming from the embedded player or when just downloading for home play. Visiting a page does not count as a download.

Streaming or downloading the file is considered a download as far as the count goes. there is only one download allowed per IP address, per item, per day. So repeatedly clicking on songs will not count as additional downloads and items with more than one track, only the first track played counts. the subsequent songs/files played that day, in that item will not count.
